- Jewelry can only be returned if the original security tag has not been broken. The tag must be intact.
- For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns of earrings unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt. Please keep the photo evidence of defective items for customer service needs.
2. Return Procedure
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the item.

3. Refund
- Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund by email.
- If the return is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, please be aware that the refund might be delayed due to public holidays or weekends.
4. Return Shipping Fee
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
